During this free introductory session I will ask you about your fitness and health goals and explain how I will develop a training programme that is tailored for your individual needs and goals.
The main purpose of the consultation is for me to gain a better understanding of you as a person and identify the barriers that are stopping you from achieving your optimal health and fitness goals. It is also an opportunity for us to discuss the type of services I have to offer and how I will conduct your training sessions.
I will not only look at the physical aspects of your life but also nutritional, as well as your current lifestyle as a whole. Then together we can agree on a programme that will get you to where you want to be.
