Price: £5 per class or £20 for a block of 5 classes
Whether your child is in a pram, a sling or would prefer to sit on the grass and play whilst watching you excerise they're very welcome to come along to this class. You're also welcome to bring more than one child or none at all if you fancy some time away! This is a bootcamp-style class which will provide you with a full-body, fat-burning workout. Every exercise is adjustable to your own fitness level so that you wont find the class too hard or too easy.

Price: £30 for a block of 5 classes (However, because of holiday commitments in July/August, participants are welcome to pay upfront for the number of sessions in the next block that they are able to attend at £6 per session)

This is a highly effective workout, suitable for all levels, with dumbbells, exercise balls, power tubes and more! No experience of any fitness equipment required, simply come along and we'll get you doing some of the best exercises there are for fat burning and toning.

These fitness sessions are for people of all ages and fitness levels. You can work out at your own pace and I will help you to advance week after week so that your fitness continuously improves.
Sessions are exciting with a constantly changing variety of exercises & training principles. Each session includes a mixture of muscular endurance, cardiovascular and core-strength training, as well as a warm-up, a cool down and a stretch. A variety of simple equipment is used, such as dumbbells, weighted balls and skipping ropes to help provide a rounded, full-body workout.
Classes are limited to approximately 20 participants per session so that I am able to provide individual guidance to each and every participant. I aim to make sure that everyone achieves their goals at their own pace and is able to train in a safe and enjoyable environment.
Remember, these classes are not competitive; they will help YOU achieve your own fitness goals in a fast-paced, enjoyable way.
